Rolfing Structural Integration

Rolfing structural integration restores function, reduces symptoms, and increases interoceptive awareness through gentle hands-on manipulation and education. Rolfers recognize that discomfort in one area may stem from imbalance in another. Rolfing spans psychosocial domains by treating patterns that may stem from physical and emotional trauma or injury. Common benefits of Rolfing include improved balance and posture, increased resiliency and vitality, and new ways of moving and relating to your body.

Embodied Depth Psychology

Embodied depth psychology sessions may incorporate experiential dreamwork, narrative medicine, Somatic Experiencing, psychedelic integration, and other practices that support the wisdom of the body in the healing process. Embodied Depth Psychology is rooted in sensation as a precursor to interpretation. These sessions may include gentle touch, movement, imagery and orientation to support an embodied experience of agency, capacity and ease.

Internal Pelvic Therapy

Internal pelvic therapy treats a wide array of female pelvic symptoms. Internal pelvic therapy may serve as a healing bridge for clients impacted by sexual trauma or abuse. Each session unfolds with intention and care at a pace of safety and ongoing consent.
